farm fresh

I've been loving eggs lately - for breakfast on a bagel, hardboiled and sliced up with some salt and pepper, or for dinner in a German pancake.  Eggs are a very versatile food and I'm loving that I have what seems like an endless supply thanks to the Gambles.  They have chickens that produce six eggs a day and their family of four can't eat that many eggs each week and I've been benefiting from the overflow.  It's nice to have generous friends, don't you agree?
